Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name and email (from checkout), and what you put in your brief: business details, product details, photos and logo. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Why

To make and deliver your ad, handle revisions, and contact you about your order.

Who else sees it

To make your ad, we send your photos and brief to the services that do the work: Anthropic (script writing), fal.ai (video clips), ElevenLabs (voice and music) and Shotstack (editing). Some of them are overseas, mainly in the United States. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your order, brief and finished ads while you're a customer, so you can download your ads again and order revisions. Ask us and we'll delete them.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Email hello@opusprompt.com.
